On-airport lots
EWR lots cost $18 - $34 per day for long-term parking and $4 per half hour for short-term parking. Valet is available for $40 per day.
3rd party lots
Private lots range from $8 - $16 per day and could save you money compared to airport lots if you're willing to shuttle to EWR.

Airport owned & operated lots
Parking at one of the airport-owned lots at EWR can be expensive. Long-term parking will cost you from $18 - $34 per day depending on the lot you choose. If you want to valet, you will pay at $40 per day. Short-term parking costs $4 for each half hour so be sure to not use the daily lots longer than a couple hours. Electric Vehicle Charging: There are only five EV charging stations available in Lot P4 on the ground level but they are free aside from the normal parking charge.

Airport owned lots are fairly expensive at EWR given it serves NYC. There are several private lots located off-site from the airport that cost anywhere from $8 - $16 per day. Park Plus Parking has the lowest rate that we found.

Last time I checked the sites listed below the rates for hotel parking ranged from $5 - $16 / day with the best rates found at Way, One Stop Parking, and Global Airport Parking. You'll need to plan ahead if you want to use one of these sites to reserve hotel parking.

Yes. You can park at Newark Airport for free if you’re only going to pick up or drop off a passenger. You can use the Cell Phone Lots for the first few minutes and skip paying. It is located near the entrance, just next to the P4 Parking garage.

Yes. You can use the Cell Phone lots that are located near the airport's entrance, next to the P4 Parking garage, the Cell Phone Lot is less than five minutes away from all terminals. While EWR Airport doesn’t offer covered parking, there are several offsite parking lots you can find if you want to park your vehicle in a covered area.
You can see signs for motorcycle parking as you approach P4, located next to Valet Parking. There are about 20 spots, all covered, and well-lit, with frequent traffic from passengers and airport employees. On the other hand, you might not easily find a spot for your oversized vehicles. So, to make sure, you may want to use offsite parking lots that specifically accommodate oversized vehicles. .
