On-Site Airport Parking Overview
- Dallas residents can use their TollTag pass to quickly zoom through parking gates at Remote, Express, or Terminal Parking.
- Discounts are available for customers who pre-pay through TollTag or a QR code.
- Check the airport website in advance to see which lots have spots available.
- The Express lots advertise free bottled water.
- There is a cell phone waiting lot at the north end of the airport that is open 24/7 and allows for drivers to wait for up to 2 hours.
- Last time I checked, the Remote North lot was closed and only the Remote South lot was open.
- There are a few additional off-airport parking options offered by The Parking Spot and Park N' Fly that range from $11-$17 per day.

Airport parking options at DFW
You can park at either the Remote or Express lots with covered and uncovered options for $15 - $18 / day. Valet is also available at the Terminal lots for $40 / day. Short-term parking starts at $2 when you enter the terminal garages and increases incrementally up to $10 for 6 hours.
3rd party lots
You may be able to find a better daily rate at an off-airport lot although there are limited options ranging from $7-$19. Check their websites for discounts.
There are several hotels that offer parking ranging from as little as $5 per day all the way to $15.
Hotel lots allow you to park at nearby hotels and the hotel shuttle takes you to the airport.

Yes. You can park at DFW Airport parking for free at the North and South Cell Phone Lots. The Cell Phone Lot is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. However, please note that there is a 2-hour limit for parking.
Generally, the cheapest parking at the Dallas Airport is the Remote South Parking Lot. Parking at this lot will cost you $12 per day. You can find cheaper parking at off-airport lots such as The Parking Spot North Dallas Airport and Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Airport.
Yes. Valet parking is available on the arrival levels of Terminals A, B, C, and E or at the departures level of Terminal D. Pick up and drop off are available at any of the terminals in the airport. Car wash and detail services are also available. The valet rate is $40 per day.
You can charge your electric vehicles at DFW located in Terminals A and E. The charging stations can be found in the garage's one-hour parking areas. Yes. DFW has new cell phone lots available for drivers to help alleviate road congestion and accommodate those waiting to pick up their loved ones. There are two cell phone lots available, namely the North Cell Phone lot that is located at the North end of the Airport and the South Cell Phone lot located at the South end of the Airport, next to the intersection of Rental Car Drive and Southgate Avenue and has about 60 parking spaces available.
Yes. There are covered and uncovered parking near the North and South entry and exits of the airport with direct shuttle service to all terminals.
Unfortunately, there’s no dedicated motorcycle parking at DFW. You’ll have to pay the same as cars, both in the garage or external lots. On the other hand, lanes with yellow wide lane signs can accommodate oversized vehicles, and there are two of them at each DFW parking lot.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to check DFW’s parking availability online. However, the airport uses new digital parking guidance systems that are fully integrated into Terminal A and D. There are also select sections with parking guidance integration in the Terminal E garage. This system shows exactly how many parking spaces are available on every floor and row. Here is a quick guide to the different colors of light:
- Red = Occupied space
- Green = Standard available space
- White = 1 and 2 hour parking available space
- Blue = Handicap parking available space .
Yes. You can book your parking space in advance via their official parking webpage. Parking must be purchased on the DFW Website or Mobile App at least 1 hour before your booking arrival time. There are also offsite parking lots you can use and book your space well in advance:

There are disabled permit parking is available in signed areas of all parking lots and garages. You can find the disabled parking on both the upper arrival and lower departures roadways in the Terminal garages.
American Airlines is located in many terminals at DFW including A, C, and E. Partner American Eagle Airlines is located in Terminal B at DFW. Terminal A exclusively serves American Airlines in its more than 25 gates. Your American Airlines flight will most likely use this terminal that houses an American Airlines Admirable club and a handful of food and shopping locations.
